Return Policy

• PGF Sporting Goods offers a 30-60-day return or exchange on most products. An original sales receipt or pack slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
• All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts and accessories.
• Full refund (in the same manner purchase was made) OR exchange for purchases made within 30 days.
• Store credit or even exchange for purchases made between 31-60 days.
• No returns or exchanges after 60 days of purchase.
• Softball & Baseball Bats cannot be returned if the package is opened or the factory seal is broken.
• No returns on Custom Embroidered items done on customer's behalf
• Online orders returned by mail, must include the pack slip.
• All returns subject to a restocking fee.
